closest I've been to college is when I drove past one. I'm just a

So, after Alex was born, it became apparent that I needed to
supplement my income. Even though I was currently supplementing my
income by working part-time security as most policemen do, Alex's
expenses were increasing every day. I decided to try my hand at real
estate. I bought a few real estate courses and attended a few
seminars. I thought they would prepare me to create a thriving
business.
I successfully bought several million dollars worth of houses. I had
43 properties. On paper I was a millionaire. In reality, I owed a
total of over four million dollars to several different banks.
However, the tenants were paying their rent and I thought I was on
my way. But just as quickly as I accumulated those properties…
I Lost Them All
A disgruntled tenant sued me and I lost all my
properties one by one. It was like watching a line of dominos
falling, each one falling and knocking down the next one (I felt
like they were falling on me) One by one, they fell. One by one, I
saw the bank take back what I once thought was mine. I saw my whole
future collapse right in front of me. I almost lost my house. I
almost lost my marriage. I almost lost my family. I almost lost my
life. I was financially bankrupt. But…
I didn't give up…I didn't let that stop me
I knew there was something to this real estate, but
I just didn't quite have the techniques down. So, I started again,
except this time, I took a more scientific approach. I tested
certain strategies, and I wrote down their success or failure. I
took detailed notes on everything I did. I tested everything. I
researched. I sought out the best techniques and the best
strategies. I spent over $60,000 on research to find a system that

illegal?
I don't flip houses. I wholesale them. Furthermore, I teach my
students to remove the term flipping from their vocabulary. The term
"flipping" is used in the context by some media sources can be

techniques are illegal, and frankly unnecessary. It has been my
experience that those investors that must rely on these tactics are
